2. If there is a problem from your products, such as incorrect products or incomplete. Please contact us via Line: @magicwish.th within 3 days after your received date. Otherwise, the brand reserves the right to exchange products in all cases and the product must be in perfect condition and should not been used.

 

3. Products are guaranteed for 3 months after the successful delivery date. Only the defective part from factory cannot be used as normal, can be sent for repairing without additional cost, if after 3 months or without a document confirming the product from the brand. The brand will consider repairing on a case-by-case basis, and may have additional cost of repairing and operation.

4. The estimate of repairing period is 30 days from the date of receiving product.

5. The warranty for this product does not cover the leather, grout of bag, and sewing in all cases and reserves the right to not receive for repairing in all cases.

6. The brand are focusing on producing the good quality products, but since the products are handmade some parts may be a slightly imperfect such as have a little scratched. In this case we are apologize to not receiving for return or exchange the product.

7. MagicWish.th reserves the right in any circumstances, to reject any returned products except we supply products in error.

 

8. MagicWish.th or Lucky Purse is a personal belief, please use discretion when using it.
